The 2021 SEC Football Media Days player attendees have been decided.
The conference will resume its annual “season kickoff” event as a four-day, in-person gathering in Hoover, Ala. after skipping it last season due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The festivities kick off on Monday, July 19.
In addition to the league’s 14 football head coaches, there will be two football players from each school in attendance to represent their teams.
In the past, there have been three representatives for each team. Presumably, the reduced number is an effort to lower the amount of people in attendance for safety reasons.
Quarterbacks are usually a popular draw at this event, and it appears there will only be three in attendance this season: Ole Miss QB Matt Corral, Georgia QB JT Daniels and Auburn QB Bo Nix.
