The Florida Gators have one of the more recognizable fight songs in all of college football.
It’s just one of the many memorable fight songs in the SEC. You’ll often hear it at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on a fall afternoon played by the University of Florida’s “Pride of the Sunshine” Marching Band.
What are the Lyrics to the Florida Fight Song?
The Florida fight song is called “The Orange and Blue”
Here are the lyrics:
So give a cheer for the Orange and Blue
Waving Forever!
Forever pride of Old Florida,
May she droop never.
We’ll sing a song for the flag today,
Cheer for the team at play!
On to the goal,
We’ll fight our way for
Flor-i-da!

What are the Lyrics to the Florida Alma Mater?
The Florida alma mater has the following lyrics:
Florida, our Alma Mater,
thy glorious name we praise.
All thy loyal sons and daughters,
a joyous song shall raise.
Where palm and pine are blowing,
where southern seas are flowing,
Shine forth thy noble gothic walls,
thy lovely vine clad halls.
Neath the orange and blue victorious, (throw right arm in the air)
our love shall never fail.
There’s no other name so glorious, (throw right arm in the air)
all hail, Florida, hail!
